It will come in the form of an email from the company Learnistic. This is where I host my app.

If you don't receive this email at first, please check your spam folder and/or promotions tab for the email as well.

Inside the email is a link and a 4-digit code. It will prompt you to enter you phone number (don't forget the country code drop-down) and to download the Learnistic app. Once you do, you will gain access to the "Latter-Day Musiversity."
