Description
Bethlehem is a pastoral Christmas Carol depicting the scene of shepherds and their sheep reverently walking to see the Christ-child on the night of His birth. Set to a text by American poet Clinton Scollard, this new carol creates a mood of reverence and awe at the Nativity scene. The solo oboe (or flute) plays fluttering and shimmering star-light passages that guide the shepherds to the manger.
